LAUNCH BST360 Car Bluetooth Battery Tester is a new generation of 6V/12V lead-acid battery test clip that supports Bluetooth wireless communication. It is used for measuring the actual Cold Cranking Ampere(CCA) of the car starter battery, analyzing the battery health, and detecting the starting system and the charging system of the car.

Launch Battery Tester BST-360 Main Functions

Launch 12V battery checker tester BST360 has the following three main functions. Multiple battery testing can be done by one tester tool.

• Battery Health Test: This function is used to test the health status of car batteries. The battery checker tester can calculate the actual cold-start capacity of the batteries, determine the aging degree of the batteries, and provide a reliable analysis basis for the inspection and maintenance of the car batteries.
• Start System Test: This function is to detect the status of automobile starter motors by checking the actual starting current and the starting voltage of the starter motor.
• Charging Health Test: This function is to inspect the car charging system with the automotive battery tester. The system includes generators, rectifiers, rectifier diodes, etc. Through testing, you can know whether the output voltage of the generator, the rectifier diode, and the charging current are normal.

How to use LAUNCH BST360 Battery Tester

1). First clamp the BLACK and clips of the battery tester on the Negative (-) and Positive (+) terminals of the vehicle battery respectively.
2). Open BST360 App.
3). In the pop-up Bluetooth list, select the Bluetooth name (starting with BST360xxx) of the battery tester to be paired.
4). After pairing, it can be used normally.

Note:
    Launch-specific: The LAUNCH X431 Scanner needs to be equipped with the BST360 module.
    Phone: Go to Google play (for Android) or App Store (for iOS) and input "BST360" in the search bar to download and install it.

Download Launch BST360 APP
BST360 is able to sync with smart phones (both Android and IOS) and Launch Diagnostic Scan Tools.
Need to download App from Google or Android play store if use on mobile phone.

2. Allow all the access then the app is ready to use

BST-360 can be used as add-on of X431 V or PAD series, in this case, users don't need to download app.
