Shipping Method and Delivery Time

1. Overseas Local Warehouse
DE and UK, US Warehouse, No Tax. 3-5 working days.
EU Warehouse: Ship from DE/Belgium (DE will receive in 1-4 working days, Other EU countries 3-7 days)
UK Warehouse: Ship from UK (About 1-3 days)
US Warehouse: Ship from US


2. DHL Shipping: About 3-5 working days. Support worldwide address.
    Usually, if your item value is more than 150USD, we will ship it by DHL, while the not-so-valuable item less than 150USD, it will be shipped out by Post Service.
3. Yanwen Express: TAX Free for European Countries. Will take about 5-15 working days.
4. UPS, TNT FedEx or EMS. About 3-7 working days. If you have special requirement, please leave message under order, or contact Susie online.
5. Post Service: 4px post service way, yanwen post service. Will be about 7-20 working days depends on your country, like US will be 7-12 days, like Brazil, may be more than 20 days.

Online Activation:
1. No Need Real Shipping. Please provide device SN to us online or email.
2. It will need 1-2 Working Days for the Launch technician to do the update service.
3. Once activate OK, not accepte the refund or cancellation.
4. For renewal card, please check your email inbox or in spam, or we will contact you on whatsapp.
5. We are online dealer, please send us your device SN, but if offline type, we can not do the update service, thanks.

Notice:
1. Cyprus, Latvia customers, please note one of our EU warehouse can not ship item with battery. Another EU warehouse can ship scanner with battery, but X431 series tools with battery will have high risk to return back.

2. We have stocked up hot sale items in US, UK ,RU, EU Warehouse, Fast Delivery No Tax. But if overseas warehouse is sold out, we will send from Hongkong by DHL. 

3. EU warehouse only for EU customers. UK warehouse for UK address only! US the same, and not includes overseas territories.

4. DHL shipping way for EU customers. DHL invoice value can't be less than 150USD, you need customs clearance and pay tax, if do not want by DHL, we will send YANWEN or 4PX, no tax. Or we suggest UPS, Fedex, can lower the invoice value.

5. If your address is remote area for DHL, need to pay extra 40EUR remote fee or no extra fee ship by YANWEN or YUN Express.
